Guided by Faith.
Grounded in Service.
Faith is at the heart of who Brett Coulter is — as a husband, father, educator, and leader. A Christian conservative, Brett’s faith shapes his life, his decisions, and his leadership. He believes that true leadership begins with servant leadership — serving others with humility, integrity, and compassion in every role he’s held.
As a Deacon at New Providence Presbyterian Church and a former Sunday School teacher at First United Methodist Church of Maryville, Brett views public service as a calling—an opportunity to live out his faith through action. Guided by his moral integrity and commitment to others, he strives to listen first, lead with purpose, and serve his community faithfully.
For Brett, family values and faith are inseparable. They represent the foundation of strong homes, strong schools, and strong communities. He believes that conservative values aren’t about politics — they’re about principles: personal responsibility, honest work, and faith in God. These are the same values that have guided generations of Blount Countians and continue to shape the county’s future.
Brett’s life has been defined by community service, a deep sense of duty, and a belief that leadership must always be anchored in character. He stands firm in truth, treats others with respect, and does what’s right — even when it’s not easy.
